14 Apartments New Build
Development of a brown field site which was previously a M.O.T garage. 14 New build apartments were constructed on the site with a combination of eight one bedroom units and six two bedroom units. The site had some demanding tasks to achieve, with a shared through access road to private residences behind the site. Wakes had to set a high level of service and safety to those residents whilst construction was carried out. The site had a very small working compound area, this meant that the site had to be executed with small regular deliveries throughout the programme.
