New Build 6 Bedroom Property
Wakes were asked to tender for a "shell only" build of a 6 Bedroom New Build House in Kent.
The Client had a previous trusted builder who was willing to carry out the interior fit out.
However, the Client felt that the large basement and scale of the strucutre was to be procured by handing this section of the build to a compnay with a proven track record.
With a habitiable floor area in excess of 700 square metres this is a impressive strucutre over 4 floors.
To further compliment the solid traditional build method, we were able to construct bespoke curved concrete staircases on site for the Client.
With the shell of the building complete, including external windows and self coloured K-Rend facade, Wakes were able to hand the building over to the Client's builder to complete the project.
