Quilter Cottage

Wakes Ltd were awarded this project by DAC Architects of Gravesend. The existing building has had a full refurbishment, which included a new two-storey extension and new Oak Garden room.  

The previous conservatory was removed and replaced by a completely bespoke oak frame which was hand crafted by one of our own in house carpenters from start to finish.  

A fully new mechanical and electrical package was installed into the property to upgrade all the services. Further to the refurbishment, all new composite windows and doors have been installed and complimented with a K-Rend self-coloured render exterior.
